Such friendly and helpful service. Really know the fur babies are safe and loved while we are away. Trying out the shuttle service for pick up and drop off on the next stay so will update with how it went. Love the quality of food used and when we got the babies back they were happy and had been cleaned so smelt great.

Donald came back extremely happy. I only adopted him a few months ago and was still easing him into full dog park visits as he was a bit unsure. But the team at Sydney dog and cat boarding said he had no issues playing with the other dogs. This gave me the confidence to start taking him to the park more this week and he is an absolutely changed dog!! Thank you heaps for looking after him- will be back next holiday!

Lee and his team are exceptional. They have been taking care of my two dogs for years, for months at a time and I have not found a single fault or problem with the service. They treat the dogs like their own and look after them with love and commitment. The shuttle service is fantastic also and every single member of staff goes above and beyond. We travel internationally every month and could not have done without a reliable company like this to help us with the dogs.

I left my Papillon for 17 days in the care of Sydney Dog and Cat Boarding. The first time I've used a boarding kennel. I picked him up yesterday and he looked well fed, clean and very happy. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Everything went smoothly throughout and the staff were all amazing and I could tell they truly care for your pet. I will definitely be leaving my Papillon in their care in the future if the need arises. I highly recommend them.

This is about the fourth time we have used Sydney Cat and Dog boarding and we have found them fantastic and would not consider going anywhere else. There pick up and drop off service is great. As you can see from the photos the dogs seem to have a great time and always come back happy and healthy!

I have trusted SDCB with my furchild ever since he was less than 1 year old, they have always looked after him and feeding him the usual diet we entrusted them with has never been an issue. He has always returned home healthy & happy. Their facebook page also gives us pictures and peace of mind of his happiness. Their location is a bit out of the way from where I live, but I would not have it any other way.The 5* reviews are not lying.

We boarded our 3 puppies (1 has specific dietary requirements) here over the Christamas break, the staff were super friendly and helpfull and all 3 dogs came back fit, healthy and happy. The puppy taxi service is a really helpful service too. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Sydney cats and dogs boarding as they took such good care of my two pug cross puppies. This was their first time going and I was nervous but I had a reassuring chat with Lee on the phone before they went and he was so helpful and reassuring. I used the transport service as we live well over an hour away. I was very impressed, the driver is obviously a big dog lover and said he liked chatting to the dogs on the drive. A very professional service and I felt totally confident as they drove off. When Lee brought Luna and Murphy home they were beautifully clean and healthy. He said as they were house trained they were let out at least 7 times a day. Wow! I feel like the fees are very reasonable for the quality of care they received. I won’t send my dogs food next time as they provide a high quality kibble and Lee left us a box to try and my two love it!! They will most definitely be back in the summer. If you are after a quality, personal and professional service where your pets are looked after by people who genuinely care about them then this is your place!

Diva and Harry have just returned from their second vacation. So happy. They love the team there and always get a nice little pamper pack as well. Harry is looking particularly dapper with a trim and Diva's fur is whiter than white. As a busy working family we find the fee for pick up and drop off quite reasonable too.

Too many great things to say about this place! I’ve been taking my beagle puppy Leia here regularly for 6 + months now and I’m certain I will be taking her for years to come. Lee, Fiona, Marc, Dan and the rest of the team here are so friendly and accommodating, and are always more than happy to give you some tips and advice for you and your pet. I had my reservations at first about finding a boarding facility for Leia, but from day one she has always come back a healthier and happier puppy (and has apparently made some great friends too). I would highly recommend Sydney Dog and Cat Boarding, you won’t regret it, and your pet will love you for it!

We have been taking our beloved dog to this kennel for day care 3 days a week, every week for the past year and we couldn't hope for a better place for our dog to be while we are at work. The staff are always friendly and their passion for what they do always shines through each time I see them. Our dog is always well looked after, his special dietary requirements are no problem and he is always carefully matched with playful and likeminded dogs - the best part is seeing our dog come home happy and very tired from a big day out 🙂

My pup came into heat two days before she was due to stay at the boarding facility. I was worried she'd be isolated and lonely, but the staff made every effort to give her the opportunity to play with desexed or other female pups.Very happy to recommend Sydney Dog and Cat Boarding to anyone.

If you want to be able to leave your pets in good hands, this is the place for you. Beyond excellent care, Fiona and Lee treat your animals as if they were their own. It's certainly eased our minds when we are travelling. We wouldn't place our animals anywhere else. The pick up and delivery service is also excellent and very reasonable.

We recently left our dog "mumu" there for 5 days and to be honest our dog looked happy and healthy when we got her back. She had a little bold patch and it was gone after having her stay there. She was also groomed beautifully. Great place to leave our precious one. We are so happy that we are contemplating on leaving her there again on our next trip! Highly recommended !!!

This is a brilliant kennels, and we are so grateful to Lee and his staff. We left our beloved 2 rescue dogs Magic (Great Dane x Staffy) and Bongo (American Staffy x Border Collie x Goose) with Lee for two weeks while we took a much needed break. When we got back, both dogs were in great condition, and clearly had the BEST. HOLIDAY. EVER. They were relaxed and clean and super happy. And this was after the worst Sydney weather : 2 weeks of torrential rain, but somehow Lee and his wonderful staff managed to keep the dogs excerised and amused and cheerful. I admit we both felt a bit of apprehension when we left them, as nine months previously we had a bad experience with a local kennels. But Lee was great. He is clearly very experienced and comfortable with dogs and even more importantly, genuinely likes them - and that's not always a given. Our dogs responded to his calm and affectionate approach, and settled instantly. He took time to explain the set up at the kennels, checked for allergies, medications, and the usual little quirks all dogs have. We don't know all of our dogs' backgrounds because they came to us as RSPCA cruelty cases, so we really wanted them to have the best care. Lee listened to us, and put us at ease on all counts.Lee was even able to clip our dogs nails (they are both very ticklish, and that job is usually a nightmare of wriggling and whimpering - and that's just my husband).Our dogs will be going to Sydney Dog and Cat Boarding Kennels next time we take a holiday. I wish we could give them 6 stars.

I left my 12 y/o dog and 15 y/o cat with Lee for 5 days, with their ages I was a bit anxious with leaving them anywhere but I felt immediately comfortable with the friendly atmosphere. I called from overseas to check on them and Lee was very friendly and accommodating 🙂 They both came back so happy and obviously well looked after! we made several visit before deciding let our little chihuahua stay in Lee's. after taking Sammy home , we found one major difference from other boarding facility is, Sammy came back happy, healthier and still very friendly toward other dogs he met ( a significant indication of he feels safe, for chihuahua is a very sensitive breed) . feels he had had a good time in the holiday. will definitely recommend to others.

When you leave your pet with other people to be cared for, you look for a number of things: 1) A happy, safe environment for your dog or cat; 2) Great knowledge of animals and their needs by the carers and 3) People who treat your animal as though it were their own.Fiona and Lee are the kind of couple that were able to deliver the above qualities and more and provided our dog with a safe and happy environment while we were travelling. Lee even made sure that due to our dog's advanced age that she was in a shelter that gave her cover out of the sun in the afternoon. He knew our dogs needs better than I did!I'm really glad that we chose Sydney Dog & Cat Boarding for our dog to stay at and I would use them again and again and would easily recommend them to others. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did.

Our two dogs have been staying here when we travel, for the last three years.We feel like we are dropping our dogs off at their second home when we leave them with Lee and the team. We are confident that they are well looked after and although we miss them we don't have to feel as guilty that they are not with us. We couldn't recommend the boarding service more highly.We have also used the grooming service offered here and they take great care and pride in their work and always do an fantastic job.

I would definitely bring my pug back to Lee. He and his team looked after my pug very well during my 2 weeks holiday. When I picked him up:1. He did not have any diarrhoea issue, which means i don't have to take him to the vet2. He did not gain 1.5kg3. He doesn't shed!!!The above issues happened everytime I put him on my other breeder place which i suspect did not put much effort of taking care.Really recommend Lee!

We were able to book a months stay for our cat, Cleo, at the busiest time of the year as we went for a holiday. We received updates on her well-being and the team was always reachable. Our cat has been very happy and relaxed since we picked her up.We would highly recommend Lee and his team at Sydney Dog and Cat Boardingto look after your pet as they really love animals and take good care of them. I cannot speak highly enough of Lee and the team at Sydney Dog and Cat Boarding, and i am a crazy dog lady. Jerry (our dog) is a child substitute that we are obsessed with, leaving him in boarding when we go away terrified us until we found this business. Every time we have left Jerry there he has been really excited to go with Lee, and when we pick him up he looks extraordinarily well looked after and in great condition. Have recommended this business to anyone who asks and will definitely continue to come here in the future.

The boarding was lovely. I had a long oversea holiday, during the time they look after the little puppy very well. When the little Puppy came back it is happy, healthy and clean, and it grows a lot. The stuff help me to take the little puppy to vet to do the vaccination.
