Karen Machovsky10 January 2026My 2 (precious) miniature schnauzers stayed for 3 weeks over the festive season and came home healthy, happy and clean. Used the pet taxi to pick them up and drop them off - well worth it! They went happily with the friendly and kind "taxi drivers". Will 100% send them to this "hotel" again!!Posted on Google

I was hesitant to put my dog in boarding here as it has security gates, the office is some way from the kennels and we were not able to inspect them but reviews were good so I did. My dog went happily with the attendant and when I picked her up she seemed happy and had been bathed. Will use them again.

Our security gates are in place to ensure the safety of all dogs during check-in and pick-up, particularly for anxious or reactive pets who benefit from a calm, controlled environment. For the same reason, we don’t offer in-person kennel tours, as unfamiliar visitors can create unnecessary barking and stress for new dogs. Many of our returning customers appreciate these measures, as they contribute to a more comfortable stay. That said, we’re always happy to share photos so owners can see our facilities. Danny Hall15 November 2025With 2 Siberian Huskies I needed a place with the capacity and experience to handle large and strong pups. Sydney Dog & Cat does not disappoint. The staff go beyond and above to make by boys comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this puppy hotel. 5 star!⭐️

Glenn Yamakawa8 September 2025We boarded our dog Smudge here for the first time. We got him a private temperature controlled kennel, and a grooming package that included a bath and nail trim. After a convenient dog taxi pickup and initial period of anxiety Smudge settled in quite well with the staff, so much so that he actually behaved for a bath. The staff were friendly and professional, payment was easy and he came exhausted, but shiny, clean and happy. Will definitely choose again.+0

Joan Lawless26 August 2025So my girls Madigan and Molly (mother and daughter ) stayed last week for 5 days as we had a family wedding to attend.My girls have never stayed anywhere but with us so I was anxious how they would go. They went so well and even ate their food ( which is so amazing as they are fussy? ) Can’t recommend Sydney Dog and Cat boarding highly enough for looking after my girls. Till next time+1

Bronwyn Musulin25 August 2025Maggie’s first time staying in a boarding facility. I think she was a little stressed but the friendly staff were patient and kind to help her settle in. I received photos each day of her out enjoying the sunshine. She had quite a bit of diarrhea when she got home. But that was either her nerves or the gourmet food she had was too rich for her. Next time she stays we will just go with the kibble.

Rebecca Cavallo24 July 2025From the moment I called to make the reservation to the moment we picked up our Dog after the trip, the staff were amazing. It was the first time we left our Chilli in the care of the team and I felt at ease when we dropped her off, knowing she would be well looked after. When I made the initial phone call to enquire the staff were patient, accommodating and pleasant to speak with. They made me feel comfortable leaving her in their care. Chilli came home relaxed, fed and happy. I would highly recommend to anyone who is anxious about leaving their furbaby with anyone. Thank you
